If you are feeling stuck in your personal and/or professional life, I can help you get free from the old patterns that keep you feeling frustrated. I help create change when I work with individuals, couples and families.

My clients include: couples (married, living together, gay and straight), children, adolescents, and adults. I provide counseling and/or craniosacral therapy (to heal both the mind and body). I also facilitate groups and teach continuing education for licensed massage therapists.

When I work with families it can look many ways: seeing them as a whole, just the parents, the couple, or an individual, because the system will change when even just one person changes as a result of counseling. Creating tools with clients to manage the stressful times of both good and unpleasant transitions to generate other transitions. During times such as: newly living on your own, getting married or divorced, changing careers, blending a new family, new baby, teenage years, launching your child to college, just to name a few.

I also work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, addictions, work challenges, changes in family life, bipolar disorder, parent-child conflict and school problems.

My Degree is in Applied Behavior Science in Systemic Counseling.

Systemic counseling can be described as seeing the patterns in the systems that are parts of thoughts, beliefs, values, actions, family of origin, spiritual, emotional, and physical lives that influence each person. Identifying the ones that help, harm, keep us stagnant, ones that create passive, aggressive or assertive behaviors, any system that impacts our lives internally (thoughts) or externally. I experience Systemic counseling like a multi-dimensional web view of life.
